Always great service and help here especially with parts. Jeremy helped me out tons with sourcing parts for a 2001 Weber Genesis that I was refurbishing. Ended up coming back here a few more times as I refurbished a 2 more Weber Genesis grills after that. Super helpful and knowledgeable every time. Thanks!

we suspected a leak and called ATCO twice, they were not able to find the problem. These guys came in and diagnosed the area almost immediately. Cleaned the fireplace too! The burden has been lifted off me!! I feel safe using this fireplace now - thank you again for the great service and expertise. Also, given this service was during the pandemic, I should note how respectful the team was of my home and space. Continuous masking, hand hygiene and distancing seemed to be a very natural protocol to them.

New to the smoking world, and they have been extremely helpful and honest. Service in store and service techs have been great. Not at all pushy, but happy to have a conversation and give recommendations. Will be returning regularly!

Went to the BBQs Galore on Edmonton Trail and it was one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had - purchased a Yoder YS640 from Michael, who was incredibly helpful and has extensive experience with the Yoder products.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every question I had before I finally pulled the trigger - my only regret is that I didnt do sooner!

Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Yoder product - the store is well equipped and the staff know exactly what they are talking about (and their passionate about it too, so you know your having a conversation with someone who shares the same hobby).

We have been in our Cedarglen home for 17 years and only have had our fireplace cleaned twice so I felt guided to ask Cedarglen who they had to call to service ours

I am beyond impressed with the outstanding customer service from this store. In particular, my experience with Beverly! She literally saved Christmas for my family. I am from Edmonton and unable to purchase Gozney products from a store here. I called Barbeque Galore and Beverley was able to fulfill my specific order and her and her team expedited the order to ensure Id receive it for my husband for Christmas. In my opinion, this was a Christmas miracle!

Went to the N.E. store to check out their BBQs. Todd helped me pick a Weber BBQ (First time owning a Weber). The delivery team brought the BBQ in the morning that it was scheduled and hauled away my old unit. They hooked up the gas line and tested the grill and gave me a quick intro to the BBQ. The experience was excellent and we celebrated the new BBQ with some steak and red wine. I totally recommend this store and a 5 out 5 star rating to their delivery team as well.

We have purchased a barbecue, a fire table and fire ring from North Calgary BBQs galore. Sales were great, listened to our needs and connected us with products that suited us. Delivery/set up was on time and hassle free. Most recently, Todd and his colleagues addressed a service issue on the fire ring promptly (my own fault, they didnt judge me). Full credit to this business, I definitely recommend them

Great people to deal with, selling quality products. Had them install a second Valor fireplace in our home and the install was done cleanly, on time and the guys were a pleasure to work with. They took care of all required permits and scheduled inspection by the city. Final product looks great, and the added warmth and ambiance is a great addition to our kitchen eating area.

Went to so many stores trying to find the right parts to hook up my gas bbq, apparently male to female 1/2 inch adapters are not common. Came in and was immediately helped and given the proper parts I needed. And was cheaper than the other places too! Amazing service.

Came to the North store and were very pleased with the service and staff. Very knowledgeable, helpful and we got a great price. We were surprised to discover however, when we went to the warehouse to pick up our brand new BBQ, that there were none in stock! Not only that, but when we checked back in two weeks they confirmed that it would be at least July before one came in. Needless to say we were unimpressed. Yet, why the five stars?! Well, management was incredibly helpful and apologetic. Not only did they make everything right with another grill, we were out the door with it and bbqing that night! Super impressed with how committed BBQ galore was to making things right. We'll be back!

I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to purchase a new grill or smoker!!

I purchased a Heston Grill from them in 2022 had a couple of warranty issues with the my Q that Heston was not stepping up to correct, in comes Beverly from Barbecues Galore and absolutely goes above and beyond to give me an A++ level of service!! I may never purchase another Heston product but I will forever be purchasing through this location!!

Bought a beautiful Broil King BBQ. Staff was so knowledgeable about every kind and brand of barbecue. As well as accessories to go with, to convenient delivery. Highly recommended.

My first time visiting Barbecues Galore and what a great experience it was! The staff is so friendly, fun and very helpful. A big shoutout to Zac who was especially amazing. I should have taken a picture of the large selection of bbq rubs and spices. Youll need to check them out :)

Had fantastic service from Michael who helped me with the purchase of my patio umbrella and patio rugs. The service was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I had a hard time deciding on which umbrella to buy but Michael's patience and knowledge helped me with the right umbrella. I highly recommend this company and Michael. I will refer this company to friends and family.

Not only local, but with great expertise. My new Masterbuilt Gravity was assembled and delivered in perfect condition and I could see that everything had been run to make sure it was working. Way better service from start to finish than what you can get in a box retail store.

Barbecues Galore North had great customer service, staff were very helpful and had a great selection of bbqs, fireplaces, patio furniture, and fire tables. I ended up getting a fire table that I'm very happy with! I was even called next day after they forgot to give me my free table cover (product promotion). I might be back for an electric fireplace for the basement come this winter. Thanks!

We recently had BBQs Galore North Calgary location come to install a gas fireplace insert into our existing wood burning fireplace. Everyone we spoke to in every step of the process was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They were prompt on the install and took care of all the permitting for us. The new fireplace looks fantastic and we will be enjoying it for many years to come!

I drove 3.5 hrs from B.C. to pick up my new Napoleon P500RSIB Ambiance Grill from Ross and the team. Great store, lots of selection, and super knowledgeable staff! Thank you Barbecues Galore!

A big store with great collection of barbecue,grill and fire place equipment and parts. You can pretty much find anything related to fire here. Well arranged and very knowledgeable staff. The customer support was good and friendly. The prices are a bit to the higher side though.
