My dog recently was very sick and passed away. We took her to the vet on the Thursday as she was having a hard time breathing and the vet we saw was very rude. She kept telling us if I perform this test it is going to cost you more money and announced what it was going to be very smugly. It didn’t matter the cost we were trying to save our little dog. She did all the test and said her lungs were filled with fluid but try this medication. Well needless to say she only had one dose of each med and barely made it 12 hrs from when we left the vet clinic. She also said that she had stayed long enough

I notice most of the reviews are rather dated. We went to Grand Valley with a puppy in 2021. Our puppy had a double surgery, the same afternoon the duty Vet called to advise us according to the blood work that the level of liver enzymes were concerning. On a phone call PSS was mentioned to us as a possible cause. Maybe we would like to follow up that same afternoon with a recovering puppy for more blood work!! Such concern, NOT! Got 2nd opinion with an experienced Vet once our puppy recovered from his surgeries & he is fine. Morale of the story, a quick guess is very disturbing & should

Called to see if I could get my dog in for an emergency appointment, everywhere else was closed at the time. My dog was stung by a bee and started swelling up quickly. Grand valley told me to go to Winnipeg (I am in the Brandon area) because we are not current clients.
If this is who you trust your pets with I am concerned for your pets. Very poor service and concern for the welfare of their clients.
