I can’t say enough great things about Rose Valley Vet. The team is staff are always so friendly, understanding, and explain things so well. Our dog had surgery there and the experience was so great. Side note, they have LGBTQ stickers at the reception. I always LOVE to see an LGBTQ welcoming company. Dr Oz and their team kickass

One of the hardest days of my life went down at Rose Valley and it couldn't have been anymore professional and caring , The whole staff made Randy's Transition comfortable and painless , gave us all the time we needed with him and even afterwards called to check on us , they even sent us a imprint of his paw a lock of hair and his leash back . i would highly recommend them for any Vet services needed !! #onelove

We are so thankful we found this Vet clinic and Dr. Oz. The entire staff surpassed our expectations and went above and beyond. We had to put our 17 year old dog down and Dr. Oz and the staff were all so kind and compassionate. We were also allowed all the time we needed/wanted before and after saying our good byes to Ben.
Dr. Oz even called and checked up on us a week later to see how we were doing. He really had a sincerity about him as well as did his staff.
I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic. I’d give more stars if I could!

The staff at Rose Valley go above and beyond to not only give amazing customer service when you’re inside the clinic but also after you leave. They always call to check in on your pet which goes a long way when you’re wanting the best possible care for your furry family member. Rose valley veterinary should be ashamed they pray on people's emotions and charge an arm and a leg for simple procedures. Dr Oz can't give a straight answer to how much any procedure might be all he says is depends on this depends on that I got quoted $4,000 for a tplo surgery and it came out to $5,500 that's extra $1,500 that I didn't have and I had to borrow the $1,500. Dr Oz charge me $550 for a simple neuter of 150 lb dog and Rutland pet hospital only charged me $230 for a neuter of my other dog that is 130 lb why is there such a price difference it's a simple neuter. We’ve been using this vet for years and have had good experiences in the past with this team, however today’s experience wasn’t okay. We called in after our dog got in a small fight with a raccoon. We wanted to ask about aftercare and the likely hood of rabies and what the protocol was. The female vet called us back telling us our dog wasn’t up to… date with her rabies vaccine and that rabies is 100% fatal in animals and humans. We are both so glad we found this vet clinic for our dog. We recently moved to the Okanagan and the Rose Valley clinic has been amazing to deal with. Dr Oz and his wife are top notch. They cleaned our dogs teeth and did an excellent job, as well as providing us with great comfort and information. They are genuine animal lovers, like us.

When I moved to Kelowna I initially wanted to take my cats to Rose Valley based on the reviews of Dr Oz. We ended up taking our cat that had a congenital heart condition to Trilake in Winfield only because they do echos there. Biggest mistake I ever made. One year ago I experienced the most traumatic day of my life at Trilake when we had to euthanize our 8 year old Himalayan 3 hours after learning he was in kidney failure. He had been diagnosed stage 2 kidney disease and started on medication and all new food one month before. The doctor told us she was

Great experiences with Dr. Oz, he is very informative, kind and empathetic. I actually had to see the other vet who works here recently too, since my dog had an infection and needed to be seen but Dr. Oz wasn’t in on that day, and she was also really great and went out of her way to make time for my dog even though she had a full schedule. He wasn’t rushed in and out either, she made time for him and gave him the care and attention he needed. My dog is my family and these guys totally seem to get that. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable too, I’ve met at least 10 different staff

Dr. oz and the team took such good care of my girl. this was her third major operation so we were very worried especially with covid restrictions. dr oz obviously has a compassionate passion for animals as he talked about her like she was his own.
