All massage treatments are performed by registered massage therapists and we can direct bill for: Blue Cross, Canada Life and Manulife. Experience this unique combination of yoga postures and rhythmic massage that will leave you feeling relaxed and flexible. An energy based treatment that helps the body reconnect with it's natural ability to heal itself.
Take care of the largest organ of your body - your skin. Spirit has incredible services that detoxify, tone and hydrate your skin while enhancing your overall sense of well-being. Pair any of these services with a therapeutic massage to deepen the effects. This body polish uses diatomaceous earth to exfoliate your skin and stimulate circulation.
Don't forget to allow for a little extra time to unwind in the pool, hot tub, on the harbour side deck or in your own private steam shower. Electrolysis works by eliminating growth at the root of the hair with energy. I had a colour at Spirit, horrible experience, they did offer to fix it but I was too nervous to go back. I received a call and Spirit is willing to consult and fix, I guess customer service and satisfaction is very important to them. I do appreciate their efforts

There is something for everyone here as it ranges from salon, to spa, to massage therapy. I booked in for a three hour colour correction appointment with one of the newer stylists, Kelly. I cannot recommend her enough! The appointment included colour, cut, and style and I've never been more happy with my hair. The price was incredibly reasonable and she was absolutely lovely. I was a little intimidated by the high end reputation that Spirit Spa carries; but I've honestly never felt more at ease during a hair appointment.

I’ve been to both locations and have always been impressed with the service and my treatments. Today my mother and I spent the day at the Kaye location treating ourselves to the ultimate full day spa package - hands down one of the best days of my life. Everyone should experience this package! Beautiful space, all of the amenities you could ever want to feel pampered...
However my massage was just okay. It was thereputically very relaxing, but didn't do much for my body to feel better in a more meaningful way. I did not request more pressure, but I did expect it....
I would you go back for a massage but for sure for other pampering!
