When Stephanie used to work there..Now she's gone, so is the quality of workmanship and service has been "Meh I'll get to it when the spirit moves me kinda thing..Stephanie used to have what you wanted done in a Couple of HOURS..NOW YOU WAIT WEEKS for the same thing..

If I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend was using these guys for some merchandise for their small local shop and this company would not return any email or calls for several months. And when my boyfriends business partner went to their store to enquire why they weren’t returning any calls or emails, the lady at the front was exceptionally rude. They then called the owner and asked for their PDF back so they could do business elsewhere and the owner laughed at them and mocked them by saying that the logo was their property now. These guys obviously get off on bullying their customers

This business is either unprepared or doesn’t understand customer service. We had a project and wanted to utilize a local business to support our local economy. Came in on a Thursday afternoon and was told to come in on Friday morning to pick up product. Friday morning came in and product was not completed as indicated. Left a message for the employee indicating to contact us with an ETA. No response, had to contact the business before their indicated close time and Max had indicated he forgot and would have product ready for Saturday morning. Came in Saturday afternoon expecting to pick product

Incredible. I asked for a design and they had it in their system. It was finished within the day, they told me how to apply the decal, and even gave me some tips how to protect this specific decal with a quality finisher/protectant. Can't ask for more than that! Amazing service, done fast, good price, and very helpful with my project. If anyone needs a decal made, check out these guys FIRST.

This place has been around forever and for good reason. The first time I used them for my business was 15 years ago when they were located at west Edmonton mall. Cory helped me out with selecting some vinyl decals and certain ones with a "frog" skin cover to protect them from wear and to this day they look as good as new though some scratching due to my tools scraping some. I recently contacted them, not Cory this time but Max and his dad Sean to refresh all my signage and I have lots. The prices are unbeatable along with the service, max came out on a weekend to take measurements and photos! Proud
