We are not risk takers and it was important to us that our financial advisor listen to our concerns and wishes. Our Advisor did that, he listened and asked questions to get a feel about our needs and wants. Our adviser was extremely helpful throughout our retirement process and she continues to be there for us now. She is quick to respond to an email or phone call and despite the fact that we moved 3 hours away from her area she is still willing to come and meet with us or do a conference or video call.
