I recently bought a large poster from Printcloud and am extremely happy with the experience all around. I provided the establishment with nothing but a link to a photo on a website, and they were able to blow it up for me at extremely good quality within 24 hours. The gentleman I talked to was very friendly and professional. I am about to buy another poster as a gift for a friend because the quality was so great. Thanks for the fantastic quality and really nice service :)

Was going to go to staples but realized they are kinda garbage! so looked for a local print shop, found print cloud and i can now say that it was beyond the better choice. veryyy fast turnaround, looks perfect and great prices. may i even say, f**k staples

I was conned here.
When I emailed a 5 page document, I asked for two copies. That's 10 pages in total. The shop says it's $0.15 per page. The staff member charged me $6.54 in total (including tax). What a total scam.
I will never go here again, even though I live nearby. Much better to support your local library.

They did an awesome job on our wedding paper! Super responsive via email and really easy to deal with for a custom order. A couple of the prints had super minor issues (e.g., a white line vs printed to the edge on some of the table cards and thank-you cards) but very few and they weren’t noticeable to anyone except me!

Always great service but today when a pickup was missed by a 3rd party courier company the lovely guy on the phone called me to let me know and offered to drive it to the depot himself. Can't find customer service like that very often. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I used their services for printing and very hassle free, reasonable, quick and friendly.

My review mostly concerns the online printing service.
Most times, the documents are ready in 2 days or less.
The online submission and notification system was a little glitchy when I first started using the service but has improved greatly over time. You still have minor issues like having to contact customer service to manually check the status of an order as you may not get notified that it's ready; or the status of order not properly updating on your online account.
Still, you can send any adjustments or additional document via email or from your online account after preparing an order

Super efficient from my initial phone call to the delivery. The website is clean and easy to navigate. I will use them again.

Loved my business cards! Arrived quickly and loved the matte Laminated paper! I would definitely re-order with them. Quality is way better than vista and the pricing is pretty good too. The fact that they are located in Toronto is a plus too.

I've bought my business cards from a few different sources, but was never 100% happy with the finished product or price. Printcloud changed that and I shall never buy from anyone else. Thank you for making people not only remember my card, but me also.

Just got my matte satin square cards and postcards. LOVE them!! Had to post a review especially after seeing the cute donut sticker that came with them haha! Great quality and big shout out to the rep Jason who helped me set my file up.

Horrible customer service. I've tried on numerous occasions to reach out to somebody at Printcloud regarding questions I have for a large business card order. When I call, all my inquiries are sent directly to a voicemail line. After leaving several voicemails over a three week period no one returned my call. The person who answers the phone cannot… answer any questions (I don't see the point of even having them pick up the phone if they forward all inquiries).
I've received samples from Printcloud and the quality and options look great, but what good is quality without customer service

Recently ordered cards from Print Cloud and were very happy with the whole process! Better in price by far from Moo which is where we thought we had to order square cards...will order from these guys again for sure!
