Chris and Jess were great to deal with. Both were very friendly and responsive. We wanted to switch our heating from oil to electric and not only did they give me no nonsense quotes, they had it installed within two weeks of me making the request. Chris was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns so patiently... and I ask A LOT of questions! The cost was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.

Dont waste your time. Terrible customer service, poor staff knowledge. And after calling many times (leaving a message each time), my call was not returned for a full week. And the representative still had no idea about what they were talking about. Upselling and "one and done" type buisness appears to be their approach. I would never deal with Midnight Sun again
