DON'T BE FOOLED, DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!
Very Shady Business Practices at AM42 Volkswagen Audi. I paid them $80 upfront to diagnose my Audi Q5 (2014), After dropped it off, the next time I spoke to them I was told they had already changed a part because that's how they diagnose problems there, but however the car still wasn't running. And if wanted to pick up my car, I was told I owed them $700 before I could. A day after that they said that it was running good now and I could pick it up. But before my car was returned to me (they held it hostage), I was told I had to pay $1186 because of

I bought my beautiful 2008 audi a4 2.0t from this shop. The car had a oil leak and they fixed it. William Mahorn is a very kind and honest person and I am very happy that he helped me with my car. He is a very… good trust worthy mechanic that enjoys what he does. He does a excellent job at repairing European cars. Pretty happy with my experience here. I took my old VW here for brake work. Bill is not super organized on the business side of things, but got the work done when he said he would and for a good price. I think he is an honest operator and knows what he is doing. Can't ask for much more than that from an independent mechanic.

I had a flat tire and showed up here early. The guy who works on the Volkswagen's was just coming in. He said the owner wasn't in today and so couldn't be repaired. I have no spare as KIA no longer provides a spare. Just a kit to fill the hole which in this case was too big. But as I was getting ready to leave he had a change of mind and fixed it. He could have just let me leave but he did the right thing. That says a lot right there. I've never used this garage before only because it's more convenient for me to use the one across the street from where I work but will give credit where credit is
