Highest cost of filtration is the upkeep of filter medias. We clean the filter media and inspect and approve it for re-use. The cost of cleaning is less than half that of purchasing new filters. After the filters cleaning lifespan, most can be rebuilt for only two thirds of the price of buying new, allowing us to continue cleaning the filter as if it was new.
Reusing filters in a effort to Reduce the amount of landfill waste generated by Industial and Commercial equipment is one of the primary goals of New Way Filter Cleaning. Our environmentally friendly cleaning method reduces the amount of water and fossil fuels over other cleaning services. We remove a large precentage of contaminants before the filter touches water using a pressurised air and dust extraction apparatus.
In cooperation with L & D Distributors in Edmonton, we are proud to offer Diesel Particulate Filter and Diesel Oxidation Catalyst cleaning and renewal services. Our revolutionary procedure as developed by Donaldson Filtration Solutions allows us to renew industrial DPF and DOC units to effectively new operation levels.
