Our Blower Door Tests are performed by an independent Energy Evaluator trained and certified by EnerQuality assesses the home's energy efficiency and verifies it meets the requirements of the program.ENERGY STAR for New Homes is Canada's most successful green building program. ENERGY STARqualified homes are approximately 20% more energy efficient than those built to minimum building code requirements.

One of the reason we purchased this house was certainly the floor plan. The first time we entered the house, the open view to the great room was stunning. The location of bedrooms in relation to the kitchen was well thought out and the workmanship was also something we noticed immediately. Quality of the materials used was also noteworthy.
