I am a caring and empathic psychotherapist based out of Kingston, Ontario. I work from a strengths-based approach to help people resolve troubling issues in their lives using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic.
A few of my areas of counselling specialty are mental health, addictions, stress - work or school, LGBTQ clients, secondary and post-secondary students. I earned a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto and am a Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario.
