Sarah earned her Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture diploma in 2012. She holds a Physical & Occupational Therapy Assistant Diploma (2009). She further trained at the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
She has worked at an elite level with several sports players of all ages. She specializes in fertility, women's health, and sports medicine, and works with families, young couples, healthcare workers, personal service workers, and trades workers. Acupuncture is a very effective treatment in conjunction with fertility treatments. It can treat conditions that can interfere with getting pregnant (such as endometriosis) or increase the chances of successful assisted fertility treatments. Acupuncture can also help lower overall stress levels, which can help increase fertility hormones like progesterone.
Carol, Sarah and Arlene were instrumental in helping me manage the aches and pains that came along with my pregnancy. It became nearly impossible for me to sleep, and walking caused excruciating pain. The massage, acupuncture and reflexology/reiki provided relief and made it possible for me to keep working.
We are definitely here to help! If you have never had a massage before, we will first ask if you are coming in with a specific condition that needs to be addressed or just to get a relaxing treatment. From there, we will be able to match you with the therapist who best meets your needs. We normally suggest 60 minute treatments for first time adult clients, and 30 minute treatments for first time minor clients.
Acupuncture is an ancient form of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves the insertion of fine sterile disposable needles into selected acupuncture points of the body. These points are located along channels of energy, called meridians, which run through the body and over its surface. Meridians are like rivers flowing through the body to irrigate and nourish the tissues.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while but life got very busy! I’d love to give a 10 star review to their acupuncturist Sara! I suffered for years with infertility and PCOS, this resulted in irregular cycles and failure to carry a pregnancy to term. I started seeing Sara November 2020 And within one month of weekly acupuncture she had my cycles regulated I finally started getting positive ovulation tests and January 2021 I became pregnant. I went and saw AmberLynn for a massage and craniosacrel therapy. She did an amazing job!! I felt absolutely refreshed after my session. She was very thorough, kind and professional. We booked in after my Son’s minor football injury. He’s young (10) and has never been for a massage before. He was a little uncomfortable but was assured by staff and told up front what a 30 min massage would look for him. Initially he was wanting Mum there but then he was ok and comfortable to be alone and get the work done he needed. I was allowed to be there or not. That was comforting to know for myself. Afterwards he had nothing but good things to say about how good he felt and released he was. He wants me to book monthly now if possible! Kids are going through so much these days minus
