My husband who handled our accounts unexpectedly passed away. I've been in personally to the local branch multiple times to make sure things were set, as I did not handle any of the vehicle payments. Apparently they messed up the account, and one of the vehicle payments were late, even though I had them set up for direct withdraw. Now I have a late payment on my perfect credit score!! I will be pulling my accounts from Community Financial and going with a bank that actually takes care of their customers!!!

Not only does this bank have the weirdest issues (for example: you can’t deposit money at atms), the real reason I gave 1 star is because of the blatant discrimination from their underwriters. While this bank denies me for a $300 credit card limit, chase gives me $10000 no questions asked (same day for both applications, so they can’t claim it’s because of my credit history- which in itself is fantastic). Note: this is the 3rd time I have been denied for “bad” credit (aka not being white) here while never being denied ANYWHERE else.

I've been a Community Financial customer for a decade now. My most recent experience was with Leeann Perez. I got pre approved for an auto loan and the sales woman from the dealership I bought my car from commented to me about how awesome Leeann was to work with. Leeann had bend over backwards for me because of errors from a different dealership. I wish everyone I dealt with was a friendly, professional, positive and accommodating. 5 stars really doesn't do her justice. Thank you Leeann!

Their new website is confusing and hard to navigate, for someone not technically savvy, like myself.
Rebecca Vargo, Branch Manager was more then helpful! Not only did she update the system on my mobile app , a few days later I brought in my laptop and she set that up as well. She was very kind and patient while doing so. Wonderful customer service!

Too many bad experiences with this credit union to list. On a couple of occasions they were okay, proving that they could actually have five-star service if they wanted to, but they do nothing to help or protect their members and they will side with shady dealerships, not members who are in the right, so GET YOUR CAR LOAN ELSEWHERE.

My husband and I received our mortgage loan from Tom Tuckey at Community Financial Credit Union in 2013. We are now working with them on selling that property, and sadly won't be working with them any longer as we've moved to California. This was by far, the most pleasant banking experience in our adult lives. Not only the initial process, but every communication we've had with the folks at CFCU has been truly pleasant and helpful. We wish we could move them with us to California! I highly recommend using them for your financial needs.

Community Financial charges $4 extra a month just to pay my auto loan online. Over 5 years that $240. This is the only place I have ever worked with that charges to pay a bill they already collect 🤷🤦 major scam and majorly out of date community financial is. This is 2020, come up with your own proprietary software instead of charging people to use some site called "Bacon pay". Need I say more?

Our family has had an account with them since 1989 and we've been extremely pleased. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The interest rates are low and they're always willing to offer excellent customer service. My daughter was able to get her first car on her own because they were there to finance her (at the young age of 18)! Thank you Community Financial!
