Spinal decompression (traction) treatments are painless. In fact some individuals get immediate relief from their pain once decompression takes place. In addition to traction it is important that you comply with the specific home exercises prescribed by your physiotherapist to minimize the stresses on the disc, and partake in an appropriate strengthening and stabilization program when appropriate.

Didn't have the courage to write this for a long time, but here we go. Terrible experience with Cassandra Schilling. I do not recommend her. Came to her with 1/10 pain in Dec-2020, which perpetuated to 9/10 over the course of a month. Long story short, the exercises prescribed worsen my condition which lead to 2 herniated discs (confirmed by MRI and back/spinal consultation). After trying to remedy conservatively for 9 months. Ended up getting surgery and currently going through the slow recovery progress. This all could of been avoided.

Been visiting PhysioFX for a month. The staff there are nice and friendly. My physiotherapist Alan is very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my wrist injury, and he also designed some progressive strengthening exercises that helped me prevent further injuries and improved my performance in sports. I'm very glad with the result.

Today was my third time going to Physio F/X and I must say I like it. Kiara usually does my full body messages. She's always attentive, respectful and gives great massages. I used to come out with uncomfortable pains more then I went in at other massage clinics, but here it's the opposite and I'm glad I took a chance on this place.
When I call to book the receptionists are always nice and are usually helpful in finding times.
