I just wanted to send a thank you for the fantastic job R&P Prints did on our Camp T-shirts. All of our campers were very excited about the shirts. If you're looking for quality and customer service, look somewhere else. R&P will send out unacceptable prints that do not represent the mock ups approved by the customer. I received a large order of shirts, every one of which was flawed. The shirts were then sent back to be "fixed" and what I recieved the second time was even worse than the first. The whole process took months and every attempt to communicate was ignored by R&P. There was absolutely no effort put into correcting these incompetent services, and my experience with R&P was nothing but a waste of valuable time.

Aaron & the R&P Prints team are absolutely phenomenal. I have been so happy to have found them and have the opportunity to work with them. They're now our primary supplier for our new clothing brand in which has been selling out quickly, with amazing feedback on the quality of our products.
I'm not sure what's prompting many of these negative reviews because they have always been honest about what they can or can't do, quick with their responses, flexible to changes, and overall fantastic. I've worked with other screen printing companies, but they're my new favourite.

First, this place was impossible to find as its secluded within a plaza and has no sign or displays for their store. Second, attempted to call them on numerous occasions and their was no one who would pick up or return my calls. When I finally managed to find the store, I was greeted by the manager and attempted to explain I needed just one simple hoodie screen printed, but he turned me away and said they are not taking any orders. However, he wanted to check further to see if I had more business and not just my one hoodie and still decided to not help. Take your business somewhere else guys.

Aaron has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The sweaters and t shirts that he has made for our gym (CrossFit Cobourg) are very high quality and have left our members very pleased. All of our members consistently share that their new hoodies from R&P prints are the most comfortable sweaters they own! I placed an other with R&P, and they were very on top of making sure that everything they did was what I wanted. I needed the order to be ready for. a certain date but I forgot to mention that to them when I placed the order, 2 days before the event I asked them to try and speed it up. This was something unlikely to be done cause I had just placed the order, and i had just made a change to it. But R&P is the best and they got it done for me on time and really made the event special.

I wish I could give R&P Prints a better review, as our relationship started off on a really good foot - attention to e-mails, etc. However, I've now placed three orders with them, and they've managed to mess something up with each order. The first order I placed, there was a size of shirt missing, the second order - another shirt missing and ink residue on several of the shirts. The third order, four shirts missing and ink residue on several of those shirts. After speaking with a friend of mine, who I referred to R&P, I'm finding out that I am not the only one who has had

Avoid this lousy place (so called workshop). Very dirty print-work & finishing; look for yourself the issues in the attached pic's.
Not recommended at all; perhaps their service could be OK for those with No Clue in screen printing industry & quality works. I paid them till final penny & waited enough time (3 weeks in high season) to get my job done at it's best, but I'm Not satisfied at all.
Unfortunately, I got mislead by Google reviews too; otherwise I don't write any review here. I'm feeling responsible to tell my side story to the others.

Never had worse customer service in my life. Terrible response times, they're sales representatives are highly unprofessional, and they mess up orders. We ordered 30 hoodies in august (it's October now and we still have not received them). Furthermore their sales representative (Aaron? ) quite literally called us out for being "stupid" and he says that it's our fault that they messed up our order. They messed up order, we ordered hoodies without zippers and they started printing on one's with zippers. Aaron then proceeded to say that it was the order all along even

I highly do not recommend R&P prints for any service advertised on their website. They are unprofessional and do not follow the contracted timeline as discussed. I had an order placed to be delivered within 3 weeks - the order did not arrive until the 6th week. In addition, names on t-shirts were incorrectly embroidered and so I needed to reorder AND had to pay additionally for the reorder. I would think they would process this quickly but frustratingly they did not. To make my own time line, I had to pay double to make it a rush order... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
