I found them accidentally, while I was suffering with my stiff neck due to some kind of strain, but after a couple of sessions of Chiro and physio I got rid of my pain as well as the stiffness! They helped me with my posture and gave me an exercise routine, which is helping me gain strength in my upper back area. I must mention the staff are so friendly and accommodating as well! I would really this recommends this place to people who are suffering with the same problems.

Extremely professional centre. Office caters to my busy schedule and provides requested reminders on a regular basis. The professional services offered are exceptional. The chiropractor takes the time to explain the procedures and fully investigates my injury before treatment.

This is Justin and I just want to give a special shout out to Ali and the Trinity Rehab & Wellness Clinic team. They've played a VERRRRY crucial role in my recovery process to which at first I had a bit of doubts about when I first came in on late October 2020.
I suffered a pretty bad injury in 2020 with my knee and the doctor initially told me coming out of the hospital in his medical opinion that I may need surgery for my knee, but I can give physiotherapy a shot.
