If you want your signs in a reasonable amount of time, do not call Rapid Signs. We placed our order 2 months ago, they called 3 weeks ago saying they were installing the next day ... we are still waiting. They were supposed to be here again today and no one seems to know what is going on with our signs.

I have dealt with Rapid signs a few times now, and have been a loyal customer since 2010. With a name like "rapid signs" you would expect quick, efficient service. Not true. Every time I order a sign I have to chase after them, with numerous emails.. first starting off very kind and curious, then ending in a very annoyed and angry state. The least they could do is be communicative and kind, but they are just unprofessional and late. I wish they lived up to their name and I would get my signs in a timely manner.
