Diversified is the most commonly used technique by chiropractors. The goal of the diversified adjustment is to restore proper motion and alignment to a spinal joint segment to help alleviate joint pain and increase function. This is achieved by applying the hand to a joint while delivering a percise and skilled movement to that area.

What is an adjustment? An adjustment is a highly skilled and precise movement usually applied by hand to a joint of the body. Adjustment loosens the joint to restore proper movement and optimize function. When a joint is adjusted, a gas bubble escapes causing the popping noise you may have heard about.

What a wonderful practice! Aneta and Karen are such wonderful ambassadors for the Clinic. Smiling always and so patient and sensitive. I see Dr. Mike. Best thing I ever did was to make that first appointment. I went from several years of chronic pain to complete relief. When I do have a flare up Dr. Mike gets me back in shape quickly.

I have been seeing Dr. Russ since I was 15 and faced down acute scoliosis. He fixed me with gentle, dedicated care and I have been a patient ever since. Received prenatal care for both of my children and had excellent labors. Dr Mike is equally great; feeling relieved of neck pain after one adjustment. Fervently recommend this clinic.

Have been going to see Dr. Russ for many years. Best care ever. I recently moved to another city and have been trying to find another Dr Russ or Dr Mike near me. So far, no success. They are very hard to replace.
