I used to go to this place a lot in the past, but hadn't been back in awhile. A couple weeks back, had an issue with a suspected wheel bearing problem - they took it in, confirmed the problem and had it fixed in no time. They were fair and upfront about their pricing and the car has been driving like new since then. Not sure why I strayed from this place in the past, but they will be my go-to again moving forward!

What an absolute joke of a business. Came in this morning for my tire swap appointment at 11am, was told 2 hours max due to having to replace lugnuts. 2 hours later the manager comes into the waiting room and says they need another 2 hours for the work. 4 hours+ for a WINTER TIRE SWAP?!? Waste of time. Also, maybe work will get done if your employees get off their phones and stop having pizza parties at work like high schoolers.

I had my brakes "serviced" here in October.
I noticed a noise not long after. Didn't have the money to have it looked at. Since it can't be anything major. I just had them serviced.. then a smell of hot brakes started. So brought it into my dealer.
Had my local dealer look at it. Left hand front caliper slider pins were completely seized in the bracket.
Seems only the pads were cleaned. Not the calipers. Now I need pads and a caliper.
Called this shop to let them know. And the very first thing they say was that they needed to look at it, to determine if it was their fault.... And won't believe

I came across Superb Tire on groupon because I was looking for winter tires. Called in for a quote and got a good price on a set of tires. Got there late for the appointment and the guys were great. Junior was checking the computer for the tires and realized that the quote I was given was actually less than what they should have been. There was no disagreement or anything of the sought and they gracefully honored the price I was given. We even laughed about it and said it was an early Christmas gift😊. Thanks guys for staying true to your word and for the great service!

These guys are great and more than ever reliable! It takes a whole team for the company to have good success, these guys answer that call everyday 6 days a week. I take my transit trucks here every time for the last 2 years whenever they need servicing and doesn’t matter who it is at the desk I receive the best service.

Made an appointment for a simple brake change.
Talked to Junior on Monday and made the appointment for this morning (Wednesday) after working night shift.
I had specifically asked if he would be there to which he replied he would be.
Of course today, Junior is not in and whoever answered the phone needs to learn and develop customer service skills.
Anytime Junior is not there and this other individual is involved it's not a good experience at all.
I have been dealing with this location for years but today was the final straw and I will not be returning to be treated this way.

Junior is an amazing owner. He is welcoming and kind and ensures that your car service and customer service are at the highest standard. After reading some of the 1-star reviews, I can’t believe that this location is the same location that I was at yesterday.
Honest opinions?
These people were kind, honest and hardworking. They hardly turned any job away and were eager to help anyone coming through their doors. I don’t know much about cars and needed new front brakes. The job ended up being a nightmare for them, but they handled it with great care and professionalism.
It was my 1st time there and I was pleased - thanks everyone!
