Since 2000, Dr. Brad Parascak and the team at Parascak Family Chiropractic have been helping families in Lethbridge and surrounding communities attain better health. We love what we do. Each day, we come to work with one important mission in mind. We want to educate and assist as many families as possible in achieving health naturally through chiropractic care.
I have always found great relief and wellness from chiropractic care over the years, and I am so excited to be a part of a team that is so passionate about educating others about the benefits of care. As a dancer, I have seen my fair share of injuries.

Every patient is different. Dr. Brad will assess your particular needs and determine the best treatment to address those needs. Dr. Brad commonly uses a tonal approach to care, which has a neurological focus. The goal is to optimize the functioning of the nervous system. It's all about removing stress from the nervous system, calming it down, and helping it work more effectively.
Parascak Family Chiropractic is conveniently located in Lethbridge. Driving on highway 3, turn at the intersection of 36th Street South and WT Hill Blvd South. You'll see Shell gas station and Mac's and Davis. Continue going south on WT Hill Blvd South, past the Toyota and Mazda dealerships. Our building is called Kenna Professional Campus and it will be on your right-hand side.
With a strong focus on creating healthy families, Lethbridge Chiropractor Dr. Brad Parascak has been serving patients in Southern Alberta since 2000. As an undergraduate in Buffalo, New York, Dr. Brad played hockey on scholarship while earning his teaching degree. As a senior, contemplating a teaching career, he knew he wanted to do more to help people get well.

I have been involved in a car accident over a year and half ago. After that I have seen several practitioners however, none were able to help reduce my whiplash side affects. Overtime, I had become a routine patient, overlooked, and they were barely medicating the pain but not looking into making me feel better or improve my condition. I haven't felt heard in a long time.
Last evening I had my first appointment with doctor Brad and for the first time in over a year I felt finally like if someone cared about my health and my wellbeing. I'm looking forward to begin this journey with the Parascak

Parascak Family Chiropractic was able to turn around my breast feeding journey. My baby had a really shallow and painful latch that seemed to "clamp", and I was almost to the point of giving up on trying to breastfeed because it was so painful, and I felt like I was a slave to pumping.
Upon arrival and review of my baby, they did a full screening on his spine, including his hips and even his jaw, and had a really neat tool that was actually able to scan and read the areas of his spine that were "hot" zones, meaning they were causing my baby severe discomfort.

Dr. Brad and his team have made a huge difference for me in my pregnancy and my new baby's adjustment to life outside the womb! I was suffering from much pain in my hips in the middle of my third pregnancy and was having a hard time keeping up with everything I still needed to do (with 2 other young kids). After some consistent adjustments, Dr. Brad was able to totally alleviate my discomfort! Then, when my baby was born, his hand had been right beside his head, causing the one side of his jaw to remain very tight. He couldn't open his jaw wide enough to latch and feed well. We struggled a lot

Dr. Brad has saved me! I was born with 1 leg longer than the other and have suffered back pain my entire life. After seeing Dr. Brad for this past month I am over the moon, I am finally in line, no pain, no headaches, my old chiropractor told me I'd need surgery to fix my back but turned out all I needed was the right chiropractor. I can happily say that this is the first time in 40 years I haven't had pain. Thank you so much Dr. Brad
