With a combined 100 plus years of experience, our staff knows what our clients expect from a service standpoint and we deliver consistent results every time.

Had issues with the suspension being loose day prior to review, was causing horrendous knocking, rattling, and sounded like metal was bending underneath my CR-V. In 15 mins they were able to take the car in, diagnose the issue and tighten the sturts that were not tightened completely by BCAA upon installation prior to...car runs so smooth and noise free now. You guys are amazing, will tell my whole extended family to take their cars over here moving forward. Honest and quality craftsmanship. Zero complaints.

I didn't get any work done here (as I will explain) but was impressed with the mechanic I spoke to and how transparent he was. I live in Vancouver but was looking to get some specific tires in Surrey at Premier next door, and was recommended by Chris for an alignment. The guy I spoke to was super understanding and when I explained why I needed the alignment, he told me to take it to a mechanic over in Vancouver to check it for any steering problems before coming over to him (and getting new tires at the place next door) as he suspected something might be up. I really appreciated being given a heads

I fully agree with the reviews of how friendly, kind and hard working the staff is. I have been a customer for three years now. However, they are simply overwhelmed by demand for services.
I pre-booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and to have "check engine light" assessed: diagnosed and problem solved. Due to how in demand the services at this shop are, a potential fix was done to the car, battery reset, and my vehicle was brought back to their lot from down the street upon my arrival for pick up at the end of the day.
I am guessing my vehicle was parked down the street

Professional service and friendly staff. You will be looked after well. Great pricing too. Especially Joe and Riyad treat you well and it feels like as if you are being treated as a family member/friend.
