Services
Your physiotherapist will devise a plan that involves various stretching and strengthening exercises along with some other modalities that may include ultrasound, massage and orthotics. Tennis elbow presents as an inflammation of the muscles and tendons of the forearm that attach the to the outside of the elbow.
Therefore this " seran wrap" like connective tissue has an ineffective role in supporting the belly button, low back and organs. Reducing the diastasis is about healing the connective tissue and reducing intra abdominal pressure. Every individual will have a different rate of healing. Its only in serious cases that surgical intervention is required and it is not recommended and is a very last resort.

The team at Restore Physiotherapy is excellent. They are committed to your health and well being and go above and beyond to support you. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I have never been kept waiting for an appointment. I have primarily been working with Desiree, Sabi and Jaime. They are fantastic professionals. I feel so fortunate to be in their expert care. The reception staff are friendly and always willing to help and assist in any way. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had physio for pre-op and 3 months of post-op for my hip replacement. They were great! From reception to the therapists to the convenient location, I couldn't ask for more. They exceeded my expectations and my recovery was greatly enhanced due to their personal attention to my process. They explained how to do a particular exercise and why I was doing it. Always friendly and engaged and made the visits enjoyable. Highly recommend Restore Physiotherapy in Oakville.

I've been going to Restore Physio for a few years now. Sometimes for specific aches and pains and other times for no specific reason but to get a good relaxing massage.I must say that everyone I've had the pleasure to interact with have been really nice to deal with and also been very professional. From the moment you walk in to the time you meet with a your therapist. Its a great place . Special shout out to my RMT, thank you.

After a Total Knee Replacement I was referred to Restore for Physio Therapy
Meera did the initial assessment. She is great to work with. All the therapists have done an excellent job on my rehabilitiation. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful. I also engaged in deep maasage with Bill which was a new, but very helpful experience. My recovery from surgery has been excellent thanks to all the staff at Restore. Based on my experience I highly recommend this team to help recovery from Knee surgery. Thanks to all at Restore.

I have been attending Restore Physio for a few years now and most recently because of a Total Knee Replacement I had 6 weeks of physio prior to my surgery and in order to extend my benefit coverage I decided to use an OHIP funded Physio Clinic for the first 4 weeks after my surgery and then return to Restore. After 2 weeks of this other Physiotherapy Clinic, I left and returned to Restore as the level of care I receive at Restore is far more effective. All the staff are very friendly and have reviewed your file before they start working with you so the the care is always consistent.

Friendly very skilled, knowledgeable staff/physiotherapists! Broke both wrists after a fall from cycling and after excellent physiotherapy treatment i'm back riding. Never had to wait, able to get appointments convenient for me, each staff member capable of treating the injury and used a progression of different methods combining, flexibility, strengthening and massage. Highly recommend Restore. Receptionists all very friendly as well.

What an incredible team of physiotherapists!
In September 2017, my right shoulder dislocated by a (VERY large) beach ball. Once it was set back in place, it seemed like getting it back to 100% was going to be an impossible task. Restore provided the confidence required, from the initial phone call to the initial assessment, to move forward with their team-based therapy.
With my shoulder nearly completely healed, it's bitter-sweet to not make my routine visits in the near future since the team made the healing process so easy and, at times, fun! I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking
