Dr. Esmail and all of his staff are courteous, professional, and caring people. They take the time to introduce themselves and their roles in your treatment, and they do everything possible to ensure your understanding of your treatment, as well as your comfort both during and after the treatment. You'll be in good hands at the Abbotsford Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Centre.
After my procedure, I needed to ask the doctor about medication. The lady manning the front office that day took a very detailed message and the doctor called me later that same day to address my concerns. Great service

All of the staff made me feel completely comfortable from my consultation through to the extraction of a broken molar. I was understandably nervous, and the nurse stayed with me the entire time making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr Esmail was very gentle and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I had many visits to specialists, who charged $120-$160 just for a quote. The pain finally got to a level that I had to miss work.
I had been quoted up to $4,200 at other offices, which is why I kept putting it off. While obviously still an investment, Abbotsford Oral Surgery quoted me a much more reasonable price, booked me in immediately, and took care of everything insurance-related. They didn't judge me for not having

Unfortunately I can't give a review on the surgeon however the staff at the reception are atrocious. My significant other had an appointment for 315 and was texted before the appointment that they were ahead of the schedule and to come in no questions asked straight to the chair for 315. She showed up for 310 and ended up having to wait 45 minutes before being told someone had come in for an emergency visit. Emergencies happen but it is not only professional but courteous to inform someone that is expecting a no hassle straight to business appointment. They even had the audacity of saying "well

Not happy at all. After being told our dental plans would cover the surgery costs, about a month after the procedure we were slapped with a $650.00 bill. We went through all the arrangements of getting estimates from our plans beforehand, and we were assured from Abbotsford Oral there would be no additional costs and that our plans covered it. So getting a rather hefty bill one month after the surgery was a real kick in the teeth. They admitted zero fault, told us we should have been better informed about our coverage (like the average Joe understands fully what dental procedures insurance covers

Dr Esmail is absolutely amazing and if you ever need any dental work done PLEASE come to his office. I planned on getting my wisdom teeth removed at my routine dental office. My bottom left tooth was severely impacted and the root ended up getting lodged into the back of my throat tissue and my dentist didn’t have the correct tools to get it out. Dr. Esmail took me in as a patient that same day and was able to very gently get the tooth out within 5 minutes of me being there. I will never go anywhere else for any other dental surgeries I need

I was pleased with my experience with Abbotsford Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Centre. Everyone was pleasant and made you feel comfortable. All the procedures. before.....during.....and after were well explained. Dr. Esmail did an excellent job and I had little swelling and bruising which I was told to expect. The follow up was more than expected.....I received several calls to inquire about my healing process. I loved the text messages before my appts as a reminder and appropriate protocol during Covid. I was very hesitant to have an implant but I have had a very positive experience with the procedure. I was concerned when I saw a bruise, phoned the answering service as it was the weekend and Dr. Esmail phoned me back within minutes. Also the staff have checked in with me twice since the extraction. It has left me with not as much fear when I know I can phone at anytime.
