Upasana Grover is a Registered Physiotherapist and rostered in Acupuncture and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She received her Bachelor of Science from McMaster University in 2011 and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2013.

I highly recommend Dr. Diana Kijowska, she is extremely knowledgeable, profesional and dedicated to her patients. I know this for a fact after being a patient of hers for a few years now, as well as some of my family members. I can attests that we could not be happier with the results of her treatments. I would totally recommend Dr. Diana Kijowska. She will listen to you and sincerely try her best to help you. I've had really bad sciatic pain due to my severe bulging disc in my lower back. I've tried a physical therapist, physiatrist, neurologist, deep massage, and none of them worked or they only provided temporary relief. Dr. Diana is knowledgeable and very professional, she would patiently explain to you what is going on and what the game plan is to get you back to normal. I enjoyed every visit and always felt the improvement after every session. This is not that kind who will run your insurance

I have been going to see Diana since she opened her clinic and she has been AMAZING! Her hands have fixed every part of my body that has been hurt from my daily routine of dance. I first visited Dr. Diana Kijowska three years ago for lower back pain. On my first visit, Dr.Kijowska immediately identified the problem and recommended different treatments for my pain. She educated me on acupuncture treatment which I was very skeptical about. Dr.Kijowska gave me confidence that I was getting the best treatment for my ailment and a time line for my recovery. I first went to Core Chiropractic about 2 years ago to see Dr. Kijowska. I have to say I was nothing less than impressed with my overall experience and treatment plan. Dr. Kijowska took the time to examine me and to create a treatment plan. I could tell she was empathetic towards my experience and did not treat me as "just a patient". She often followed up after my treatments to inquire how I was progressing and I was able to contact her office in between treatment sessions to ask for further advice regarding my injury.
