GPY+ Associates Engineering Inc. is actively involved in the design of many energy efficient and innovative systems for a variety of projects. We have designed large geothermal heat pump installations including the 600 ton open loop geothermal HVAC system for the Hub, a 600 suite, 5 apartment tower complex in Waterloo.
The Hub is a major new residential development in Waterloo, construction completed in 2017. The development consists of 5 high rise apartment buildings built over a single storey underground parking level that encompasses the entire site. The 5 buildings have a total of 600 suites, with 25 commercial units located at the ground floor.
