We printed two poster board seating charts for our wedding. They were friendly and easy to work with up front, we already had our design all ready and we sent it to them by email.
I realized that the first design I sent had a typo so I sent another one a few minutes later and asked them to disregard the first, they confirmed they would be sure to use the second design. When my in laws went to pick up the signs at the agreed upon time they hadn't printed them yet and they waited for 30 minutes while they were printed, and after all that they ended up printed the first version with the typo

We have had mr signs/printer do many projects for us. Our storer front signage, vehicle wrap, and lately banners for friends and family members having birthdays. I always enjoy working with them from design to delivery. I am surprising a friend with a retractable banner for his 40th birthday and it looks amazing. I just sent a photo of him and in no time I had a proof emailed to me. Thank you!

Decided to try Mr. Printer out since it's the only rated business of its kind in Etobicoke.
A simple request, just print inserts for a Filofax planner that was purchased on Etsy. I was told they could do it but I've been waiting for an estimate for over a week now.
I've tried to contact them to get the estimate via email and phone, and I still haven't heard from them. By the way, their voicemail still has the Christmas holiday hours message.
I'm giving up on them, I should have listened to the previous review about their unprofessional service.

I had used this printer for projects in the recent past, and they seemed to do a good job, so I went to them again recently with another order. I got about 3/4 of the way through a demanding and expensive process on a time-bound project--I was about to pull the trigger on a proof--when they inexplicably cut off all contact. Deadlines missed, money and opportunity lost.
Mr. Printer isn't reliable. Use somebody else.

Amazing people! Professional, quick and very friendly. Pricing is extremely fair. Very convenient location, there is always parking spot available even in the muddle of the day. I also like that the staff is very good in follow up. They are also very efficient and I found very helpful that they are good in communicating via Emails. They use technology that makes my life easier in the office. I like that this business is very customer oriented and they are very personal. l use them for our office needs for a long time now and I will recommend them to any business.

We heard wonderful things about Mr. Printer & decided to test their services by ordering custom stamps. They had many more options and a much more reasonable price than Staples. We received the custom stamps very quickly & were very pleased with the quality of the product. We have since ordered more of their wonderful products & hope to continue to do business with the friendly & knowledgeable staff at Mr. Printer for a long time!
