I got a haircut by Nina! What a wonderful experience. I am always reluctant to go to new hair salons out of fear that they won't listen or will cut too much hair. I rarely get haircuts for that reason. Nina listened and provided a wonderful hair cut! She did not take off too much but ensured my hair was looking healthy. I had originally come in looking for just a straight cut again because in the past when offered layers it did not come out looking the way I would want. Nina added layers and they look amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. Thank you Nina!

I’ve been going here for almost 10 years and love this place! Everyone is very friendly and will assure you with your decisions with your hair! I’ve been getting my hair coloured (balayage) for about 2-3 years with Natalie and every time it turns out amazing! I’m always nervous to get my hair coloured light since I have dark hair but she never fails to do it justice!

I live in the port credit area and I was looking for a new salon to look after all my hair care needs.
I met Shazam and his wonderful team. Shazam did an amazing job with the cut and styling. He was very professional and took care of me as if I were family.

I went in just for a hair consultation, but ended up staying for a highlight color and cut by Shazam. I told him about my hair dye allergy, and he was very careful with my scalp. It's been a few days now, and I've not had any reactions. Everyone I interacted with was nice and kind, and they're super gentle with your hair. If you have very curly hair and/or a sensitive scalp, I'd highly recommend coming here!

My hair had so many different colours in it when I showed up. Shazam and Nina worked on my hair with such professionalism and patience taking care of the roots, adding some new highlights and toning it to perfectionism. They took their time to hear what I needed and provided their expert feedback. The ambiance of the salon is calming and very clean. The culture is one of continuous learning and growth as seen by the many hair dressers practicing on Mannequins. I always wanted to go blonde, but I was hesitant because my hair naturally is very dark and I feared it would severely damage it. I finally decided to get the courage to go for the change! Natalie did a spectacular job on my hair and I couldn’t be happier! My hair felt healthier than it was before and she went above and beyond my expectations. She answered all my questions and ensured I was comfortable. My hair definitely needed the TLC after salons were shut down for months. Great salon with exceptional hair stylists. I've been coming to the salon for years after searching for a good stylist for a very long time, and after every visit I come out extremely happy with the results. You can always rely on their sound hair care recommendations, and they can make even very fine hair look amazing. First Rachel, then Shazam gave my hair the colour I'd always wanted, and made it look better than I'd ever hoped. Awesome service, wonderful staff.

I’ve been a regular at Shazam’s Hair Studio for years and it’s truly the holy grail of hair salons! Blanca has completely transformed my hair through the years and is a wizard with a blow dryer! Her expertise is unmatched and has creative vision beyond anything I could ever imagine myself! Not only does she leave my hair looking exception after every visit, but she is also very honest and offers tons of advice on how to properly take care of my hair on my own. Never again, gave this salon another chance with a different "stylist " and am now regretting my decision. Brought a photo in of myself to illustrate what I wanted done so obviously it was possible with my hair. Unfortunately the stylist did what they wanted rather than what I asked for. Anyone know of a salon that is known for fixing bad work?

Great colourtist. Terrible hair stylist. To note, they were two different people.
The hair stylist did not know how to cut hair.
I will not go back. So disappointed with my cut. Had to go elsewhete to fix it..
Also, totally confused my appointment time with the stylist and colourist. Need lots of improvements.
