After years of struggling with summer heat in an old boiler heated house, we bit the bullet and invested in ductless AC. We chose to go with Reliable, a locally owned and operated company, and have had a wonderful experience. They provided helpful advice, great product and superb service. The two Ernies (Kyle and Dylan) did an outstanding job at installation.

Overall, the company was good to deal with. All were very friendly, and they gave us a great deal. A couple of 'small' things that keep it from being a 5-star experience. Upon installation of hot water tank, we had no hot water, and had to get them to come back (next day) to fix it, and one of the older workers would not wear a mask when working in our house (not sure what his actual name is, since he and other of the other gentlemen kept calling each other 'Ernie' lol)

My AC hasn't been keeping up for a few years despite cleaning and servicing, so with the early heat this summer we decided it was time to get the unit replaced.
Spoke to a rep on Sunday (called me even though they were off that day), had the quote on Monday, had the work done on Thursday . Super fast and responsive, and the only reason it took this long is that Wednesday was a stat holiday.
My crew was Ray and Corey, really friendly guys, genuinely helpful and upfront about some issues that weren't expected when the quote was completed. We agreed to some changes on the spot, had all the new work

The nicest people and the best customer service. I was having trouble finding anyone to help me and fit in my crazy schedule, but Reliable did. They were punctual and completed the work in less time than expected. Their prices were in the same ballpark as others, but won me over with their incredible, friendly service. I will be back when this water heater eventually breaks.

I was extremely pleased and even more grateful for the amazing service we received when our furnace stopped working last week (in the dead of a winnipeg winter)! Exceptionally knowledgeable staff as well as fast (next day) and efficient installation made this stressful situation feel quite simple. Highly recommend this company!
