Services
Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. Deep tissue technique uses very little to no lubricant. Strokes will be considerably slower as the therapist waits for a slow release of tension. This type of massage therapy is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layers of muscle, fascia and tendons.
Jill has been a registered massage therapist since 2001, graduating from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy school in Toronto. She treats an array of ailments with traditional Swedish massage techniques and additional training in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, pregnancy and infant massage, MPS therapy and oncology massage.
There are tremendous benefits to be achieved through regular massage therapy treatments from a Registered Massage Therapist. Whether your need is to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension or attain relief from chronic pain, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being.
Many extended healthcare plans offered by Canadian employers include provision for massage therapy. As part of your regular routine, massage is an excellent (and enjoyable) way to maintain good health and help prevent injury from the repetitive strains of your daily life. If you're not sure whether your benefits package included massage therapy, you can either check the benefits packet from your employer or simply call your insurance provider.

Jill has been my massage therapist for many years. I can’t express how good I feel at the end of each treatment. I’ve been a manager of a salon for a number of years, therefore hear a number of things. First and foremost I’ve only had positive feedback about Irene and Crystal! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of these professionals!
