My experience with this firm started out positive and after a few months of dealing with them, it became evident the principal (owner and main accountant) was overloaded with work. It is my opinion that I did not receive the level of service and advice I hoped for. I will not recommend this firm to others.

This was our first time using a tax expert to file our individual taxes. Typically we'd do them ourselves but we had a few new scenarios that we weren't comfortable with so from a referral, we chose to use Airikka's expertise and we were not disappointed!

I have been with Airikka Passmore & Associates for 2 tax seasons. They handle both my personal and business taxes. The firm is incredibly well organized. They have many systems in place to make filing returns easier for everyone, including a secure portal to share documents. Airikka herself is very transparent in how she shares information and I really appreciate that. Before meeting Airikka, I often had no idea how numbers were determined and really, my old accountant was hesitant to help me understand. We have used Airikka and her team for the past few years. Every year I always have questions and they always have great advice and provide helpful resources to make the annual tax filing process very seamless (i.e. templates on their website, email reminders, secure online file sharing and much more). We moved away from the area but will continue to work with Airikka Passmore & Associates.

Airikka is an a constant professional and is extremely knowledgable, she was instrumental in rectify a past tax inaccuracy from previous accountant for me. She is always sharing knowledge to support her clients to make informed decisions regarding accounting.

Do yourself a favour and hire Airikka Passmore & Associates. They're the absolute best! They made filing my personal and business taxes seem simple and manageable and for the first time ever, I wasn't overwhelmed and stressed come tax time! They were thorough, answered all of my questions, and every person I've spoken with has been helpful and so kind! They found me deductions that I would have never known about had I done my taxes on my own that more than paid for their fee.
