Kaitlyn joined our team in 2017 after completing the Washtenaw Community College Dental assisting program, where she obtained her Registered Dental Assistant certification. Kaitlyn has also studied Education, Business, and has experience working with young children. She is always positive, energetic, and concerned about patient comfort and experiences.

I just got back from a visit for a cleaning and to get a new crown on an implant. I was really looking forward to having a tooth again since it has been almost a year since I broke that tooth and had it removed. The office didn't inform me that I actually would not get the new crown today and that the cost would be over $2,000 since I have already exceeded my yearly benefit on my insurance. They had done several crowns for me this year on other teeth and never mentioned that the total would exceed my insurance benefit. I might have waited on those if I had known that. They need to improve

I struggled for years to find a great Dentist after moving to Michigan. I'm so thankful to have found this practice. Dr. Stevenson and his entire team are wonderful. The office is easy to access with a parking lot on site. Appointments are always on time and procedures are always well performed. If you are looking for a nice, fun, family friendly dentist, this is the one.

Dr. Stevenson is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I had some questions about possible cosmetic work, he reviewed all the options with me in a way I could understand and had me back the next day to take impressions of my mouth to get started. I was also very impressed by the rest of the office staff: all very kind and professional. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also clearly very experienced and also gentle. I highly recommend this practice.

I was having severe tooth pain this morning and was in need of emergency treatment. I was a new patient to Dr. Stevenson but called in to ask for an emergency appointment. The receptionists told me to come as soon as possible. I was checked in and seen by Dr. Stevenson within a few minutes after arrival. The diagnosis and treatment plan were explained carefully and I had a root canal performed right afterwards. Couldn't have been happier. As a plus, the staff was outstanding, and the office is in a beautiful old home on the West side close to downtown.

I have been going to Dr. Stevenson since moving to Ann Arbor 2 years ago. I love everything about this practice!
Location: right near downtown, easy access and lots of parking
Customer Service: Friendly midwesterners everywhere! Everyone working there clearly loves their job. I've never had an appointment start late and love the Keurig coffee they have out in the waiting room.
Dental Service: My teeth have never been cleaner! Dental technicians are top-notch, efficient, and highly experienced. Dr. Bob has a great bedside (chairside?) manner and treats dental care as a joint planning
