My wife went in to get pricing for winter rims. She was speaking to a lady and mentioning the price Costco was offering for tires. Just as the lady gave a reasonable price, and said they can install wheel sensors (something Costco could not guarantee), another not so gentleman (presumably the owner, because any other employee would have been fired) told my wife to "take a walk", presumably because he heard the word Costco. Honestly we were ready to cancel the order from Costco but the rude behavior of that not so gentleman made my wife run out of the store. We are all for supporting local businesses

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Sherry took my vehicle in, notified me that I had two small holes; and repaired them within minutes. My tires are near the end of their life and she notified me of that with ZERO pressure to purchase. She advised me to purchase them next spring after I take off my winter tires. Such an honest place and positive experience. Will be back when it is time for new tires!

These days it is not too often you find a place like this. Small businesses that offer this type of service, selection and expertise need to be cherished when cheap knock-offs and arrive at your doorstep with only a few lethargic clicks and an absence of human interaction.
Sure, big box stores and other large corporate retailers have made "customer service" something most sane people would do anything to avoid.
However, Mike and extreme Wheel and Tire show that personalized service with an experienced professional is still far better than "free shipping" or a Prime deal of the day.
