We ordered at 4pm for a 7pm Delivery. Full discloser the order was made through DoorDash. But when we got the food the order was wrong (incorrect rice), it was also cold and bland. It was like they cooked it at 4 and left it under a heat lamp. My GF had to reheat hers to make it edable. We both got very sick the remainder of NYE. Frankly terrible service/food. I've given a lot of room for business during COVID and we've had Golden Phoenix twice in 2021 both times horrible. Would not recommend for anyone that likes food. We ordered pick up. We like 2 mins away from the restaurant. The sweet and sour sauce was ice cold the wontons were ice cold. After we finished eating we found 3 black hairs one in the rice one in the wontons and one stuck on a chicken ball. We are both blonde. Called the restaurant and they didn’t understand or pretend to not understand. Will never go back or recommend

Service was fast, Food was bad. Went during covid restrictions when the the buffet was closed, got the all you can eat option. Tried several things. The chicken balls were ok but the sweet and sour pork was just fat. None of the dishes were good. Maybe it's just a problem with cost cutting during covid but the all can eat option was not a good choice. If you go get something else, and something that is not on the all you can eat list.

Right from the entering the premises it was a bad experience. When we were seated the first words out of the waiters mouth is were closing 9 o'clock and the kitchen closes 15 minutes early and this was 8 o'clock. The next thing is he said we had to order all out food at one time due to the kitchen closes ,so we ordered our food buffet style due to covid it was order all you can eat from the menu. When the food comes out it is absolutely disgusting chicken balls were not cooked the noodles were cold and tasted bad everything seemed like it has already been cooked and left out.when we get up to pay

Ordered 100 bucks Worth in food and got pretty much nothing. Super small portions for the price. A cup of Mr nooodles would be more than what they sent us for noodles. And please don't even get me started on the beef and broccoli it was disgusting it came as the small portion as the noodles did and it was unacceptable I called Golden Phoenix and ask them what they replace this order and they said no! if you do not like it order somewhere else. so please if you have a family and you eat Chinese food often please save your money and do not go to Golden Phoenix. There are way better Chinese food restaurants
