They are very helpful in resolving your questions, whether they are user-functionality related or hardware/technical. When our copier ran low on toner, they rush delivered a new cartridge to Strathmore, AB, within 24 hours! Always friendly, helpful and they go above and beyond to ensure your questions are resolved. I work at a very small non-profit, and we engaged PrinterWorks last year when our ancient printer died. We were a bit apprehensive at first, however we have had a very positive experience. The machine they brought is great and has made our lives so much easier - and the fees have been exactly what they quoted. Best of all, when we did have an issue with the printer they dealt with it right away. We were with Segue systems for the past 5 years. They were horrible - really awful customer service, defective machines and hidden fees. We contacted PrinterWorks and they helped us to transition away from Segue very smoothly! Brendan Fowler was very helpful and really bent over backwards to get our business. Thanks Brendan. The tech was great. Let us know when he was here, showed us how to use everything and got the printer up and running. There was a problem with the printer ( it was refurbished ) They said no problem packed it up and brought us a different on in an hour. No hassle, no phone someone and get a return they just fixed it. The owner gave us a great deal knowing we were on a tight budget and we ended up with a printer that does stuff I did not know printers could do.
