Having installed over 5,000,000 square feet of commercial roofing, we understand what it takes to handle any size project. Being a full-service roofing company equipped with our own crane, roof vacuum, and sheet metal division, we have the know-how and expertise to get your project done efficiently and within your budget.
BUR roofing systems are the oldest no slope roofing systems on the market. At I.M.L., we are experts in the installation of these systems and are certified installers of IKO and John Mansville systems. Modified Bitumen or more commonly known as "torch down" systems are tried, tested, and true. Proven to be effective during varying thermal changes and climatic conditions.
In our fully equipped sheet metal facility, we hand craft specialty metals such as copper, lead, brass, etc. for all your cladding and ornamental needs. At I.M.L., we custom fabricate and install all our own prefinished steel flashings in a wide variety of colours using a minimum 26 gauge for a true "oil can" free installation.
