The staffs are very accommodating. The cheif accountant and business owner too is very transparent. Evangeline took time and patience to explain all details about taxation principles applied to our case. I called them to help me with filing taxes as a new immigrant and they have no clue. During COVID-19 social distancing they insisted I visit their offices and were unwilling to send any documents by email. On my first visit the staff had no answers to my question and were not interested in listening. I was told there is no one to talk to and nobody was willing to consult me as if they don't need me. They called me the second time without reason and had no answers why they cant email me the docs or accept online payment or drive through payment. Moreover, they gave me no explanations of how my refund

Great value when it comes to service.. friendly staffs and very knowledgeable accountant. During covid 19 pandemic.. health standards are being followed, limits the person in the office, sanitized pens and provides hand sanitizer for their clients.
Any mode of payment will do.. even etransfer when I forgot my wallet at home.. kudos to Bituin.
