I hired this law firm for selling my house. The Lawyer was fine but the Real Estate Conveyancer was very slow with the process which resulted in Paying Penalty to the Mortgage company in addition to paying 7 day per diem to the mortgage company, so in total a penalty of 11 days. The lawyer's office received the payment from the buyer's office on October 25th later afternoon and it was possible to mail the cheque, to the mortgage company on the same day as the post office closes at 5pm, however, the lawyers office mailed the cheque on Tuesday, October 29th which was received by the mortgage company
