Carson and his team are amazing. He is very knowledgeable. He doesn't BS or sugar coat. He is great at negotiating and process is never drawn out. He is well known and well respected in the Spruce Grove/Stony plain area. I say this based on personal experience because I have met people that used his services and no one person had anything bad to say. Everyone only speaks great things about him.

We had a very unusual set of circumstances surrounding the sale and purchase of our new home, apparently quite rare, and the challenge was welcomed by this team and they were excited about it! Carson and Rebecca handled it like the pros they are. They always had patience for the many, many questions and concerns, treated us with respect and kept us well informed. There were so many twists and turns and it was stressful and emotional but both Carson and Rebecca made it seem easy and seamless and we are grateful.
