Very slow. My appointment was at 11:30 and they were more than an hour and a half behind. They also took over an hour to change the tires. No employees were wearing masks in either building. When I asked the woman at the desk to put on her mask before I approached she rolled her eyes.

EXCELLENT customer service!!! Super friendly staff at ☺️. Pulled in 20 minutes before closing on a Friday to get a flat repaired and they were more than happy to help me (was refused service @ Kal Tire because they closed in 15 minutes even though the place was dead 🤬)

October 15 5:25 I went there and ask for a new tire knowing they close at 5:30, Kim said sure come to bay 2 ,and not only that I was short $15 and they said it’s good I felt the customer service was very very friendly. I recommend A1 tire because there staff is very considerate, the mechanics were fast and next time I go there I’ll be taking coffees to the gang there :) thanks for the friendly and fast service

I’m reading reviews and seeing that female clients are treated worse. I am just getting an oil change and my new tires are already worn out after a year. Apparently I was misled and sold sport racing tires for my family vehicle. The mechanic at Toyota said they would never sell a customer these tires unless it was a specific request.
I’m disappointed and beyond upset that I was sold something that was incorrect, not requested, and sure to wear out quickly.
Do not recommend.
