I recommend Buying from someone else.
The vehicle is great, however with my experience never going back.
Had my banking information mistakenly put on someone else's loan. ANDREW admitted the mistake but it has been two months of having that loan payment taken from my account. The stop payment I have put on does not stop the money from being withdrawn from my account, it does ge refunded about 12 hr later
TD will not give me any info as my name is not on the loan they are still trying to get payment for out of my account.
Andrew get this fixed

They are terrible and communication. Their staff need to make sure to clarify things before having a customer wait in the store for 2 hours to only have my time wasted. Not to mention when I entered the store I was not greeted and just starred at like I didn’t belong there and had to FIND someone to help me out… left for 2 hours with little to no communication.
UPDATE: If a requirement for a car is that you need a full license you should state that before having someone come in to waste their time… I dont think you’re getting that you have terrible communication!

People at the service front desk are very polite and pleasant, but their technicians can’t do wheel alignment if their life depends on it, after initial service steering wheel was off to the left 10 degrees, but since I was in the rush they didn’t do the test drive after performing service maybe it was my bad, anyway I took it back following day and they corrected it and tested it, now is off 5 degrees to the right side. Five stars for front desk, zero stars for service done, lost faith in independent service.

I don’t recommend ride time, especially not Ches Williams. They took my $1000 downpayment and did not give me what I wanted. Complete crooks and looking to make a quick buck off of women with children and have them pay $500 a month for 52 months for a 2014 dodge that’s only worth 9 grand at most. They deserve less than 1 star and friends and family will make sure they get down there. Don’t go to ride time, even vickar is better. At least they’ll get you an 8% loan and not 31% and hide the contract from you until after you leave the dealership

Was at Ride Time yesterday for an oil
change and overall check of my truck. My Ford F-150 was purchased there in 2019. The customer service was second to none. They let me know about possible issues and always asked if they could work on such issues. Completely satisfied with Ride Time and would recommend them to anyone who was looking to purchase a used vehicle.

We have fallen in love with our "new" car. Tough negotiating but we are pleased with the value for our trade in. Ches is an affable, knowledgeable chap who happens to speak a little Ukrainian to boot. I never knew this place existed but we are happy to have discovered it ,thanks to a friend who found exactly the vehicle we wanted on line. RideTime is clean and tidy.They like the colour red. Efficiency reigns.

We went to the location written on this post but they had moved. We went to the new location which was 20 minutes away but it was worth it because the mechanics were great, fixed everything for a reasonable price and they were super nice and honest. The waiting space was very comfortable and there was free wifi and coffee.

We just purchased our second vehicle from Ride Time in a year and a half and we couldn't be more pleased with both our vehicles. The staff at Ride Time was pleasant, extremely helpful and polite.Very honest and straight forward regarding prices,warranties and financing no surprises at the end.
