Mirka was born and raised in Czech Republic and came to Canada in 1983. She graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 1996, and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
In 2007 she became a Low-Intensity Laser Therapist utilizing Bioflex Laser. Mirka prides herself on treating seniors and on her ability to really listen to her clients. This attentiveness results in a treatment plan that is tailored to the unique needs of each client and can often include more than one treatment method.

Services
Massage therapy improves circulation by bringing oxygen and other nutrients to the body tissues. It relieves muscle tension and pain, increases flexibility and mobility, and helps clear lactic acid and other waste products from the body. Massage therapists use long, smooth strokes, kneading and other movements focused on superficial layers of muscle using massage oil or lotion.

I was introduced to Mirka’s Therapeutic Health Clinic by my brother. I had my first treatment last week and it was a very good experience. I feel rejuvenated. Mirka and her team are very friendly & professional. The massage rooms are very clean, dimmed lights with soothing music. Sara is awesome. I am looking forward to my next treatment.

First time booking a massage. Entire experience from contacting the clinic, booking a time, parking, getting my massage and paying through my benefits was professional, kind, informative and stress free. Sarah was amazing, the room was calm and great music and lighting for relaxation.

I visited Mirka's therapeutic clinic last Saturday, September 26th and was pleasantly surprised with the precautions they have taken undergoing the pandemic. Sara was extremely professional before during and post treatment and listened to my concerns and problematic areas in my back. Highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return. Bonus they took care of everything through my insurance provider!

I am so glad that I found Mirka's clinic. It's right around the corner from me which is so convenient. The location is very cozy, clean and professional. When you're going here you're not going for a "spa" treatment. The therapy you receive is amazing and everything your body needs to stay healthy and happy. They are so knowledgeable and chat with you so they can give you exactly the massage you need. I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend Mirka's! Especially Ed, he was kind, helpful and an awesome massage therapist.
