Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Scheduled for a duct and dryer cleaning on a Saturday. Was given a window from 11-2. We waited the whole time, cleared spaces on the street for the truck as requested, which is no easy feat and nobody came. Called to follow up and got no answer. Never received a call back. Very unprofessional and a waste of our Saturday.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine and they were right. Made an appointment with the owner and what he quoted me was exactly what i paid. No hidden fees. Both service technicians that arrived at my house were professional and very nice. I will not hesitate in referring them to anyone i know that is need of duct cleaning. Hired City Duct Cleaning for my condo unit.
Highly unprofessional, rude, priced higher than all other duct cleaning companies and would definitely NOT recommend. All of the "customer reviews" that are posted on their website are obviously fake or filtered to only show the positive.
Showed up 5 hours late with no phone call (we had to call them multiple times to find out where they were), duct cleaning equipment seemed sketch at best (after our sub par experience with City Duct Cleaning, I called around to other duct cleaning companies who explained the equipment that would be used and it just
