NO STARS. To get an idea of who I am.. I’m known to be an easy going, extremely friendly person. What should have taken two weeks has extended to FOUR MONTHS of no answered calls or returned voicemails or e-mails. When I finally called to say I don’t wish to continue service with this law office entirely the secretary YELLED at me over the phone. When I said this was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard she continued yelling at me until I just stopped talking entirely and had a chance to say I was going to share my experience with anyone that had ears - she started to ease up on
