If I could give them zero stars, I would. As a 15-year marketing professional, I have never worked with such a terrible service provider. The product looks great, but doesn't work. They have no checks or quality control in place. You have to babysit every single feature to make sure it's actually working. When you bring issues to their attention, they shrug it off, call it a glitch or bounce you around "Client Success" managers with no resolution. From reporting, to functionality to account management and customer service, there isn't anything this company can deliver on.
