Original job was fine. They installed a fixture outside for a faucet. A SEASON later they refused to come back and fix the problem, sent me a response saying they would charge me again for a service call, even though I had already paid an outrageous amount for an install, refused to come and replace the cap leaking on the top on the faucet they installed. I ended up calling another SUPERB plumber who replaced the cap within 5minutes. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.

I called Boyle Plumbing for assistance with a floor drain backing up into the laundry room. Gord called me back very promptly and made a tentative appointment for the following day. Shawn arrived at 11:00 AM, I discussed the issue and indicated the problem area and demonstrated the backup. Shawn got his tools from the truck and within one hour had us up and running again. The drain line was snaked and flushed and then Shawn retested it twice. Boyle Plumbing has congenial staff that are very knowledgeable and all questions I had were answered to my satisfaction.
