Roxanne is the best!! I had been with another broker and was trying to add my twins to the policy since September with no acknowledgement.
I called Roxanne and she set me up within a couple of hours and gave me a great rate!

The insurance company...can't say the same. I have a bit of a complicated situation and I truly understand that. I was offered a settlement after an investigation because as I said.. confusing.. I accepted the offer, so I signed, had commissioned, and sent it to the insurance company. I went and picked out a vehicle because mine was totaled. I waited on the cheque for a couple weeks, then suddenly they have rescinded my offer letter

Wesley saved us hundreds on our insurance when it was time for renewal. He is always patient and easy to talk to when we call with questions, and we've never waited more than a day for a response to anything. As great as the experience of switching was, what really convinced us that we'd made the right choice was how they handled our claim. We were kept updated, never brushed off, and the whole process was seamless and stress-free. When our policies were up for renewal last month, Wesley actually shopped around to get us a better rate than the company we were with because our rates were increasing

I have dealt with a few insurance brokerages in the past but was extremely surprised at the level of professionalism and curtesy I received at United Link! Such a pleasant atmosphere and they actually talk to you like a person who they know and not some random number like those online insurance companies. I called and had a policy in place the same day! Thank you again for all the help!

Huge shout out to Robert Paquin at Brokerlink Sudbury for going above and beyond for my clients. Not only did he stay late to put a last minute policy together ( so my clients could close the sale of their home today) but he got them a price substantially cheaper than what they were paying for their 2 cars WITH the home insurance included. If you are looking for Insurance I highly recommend them.
