They are very punctual , efficient. I had to spend lots of time drying my clothes especially the towels. When I called them I was soo happy they could come the next day . They educate me in the importance of vent cleaning creating a safety environment for my family . They also repair . My dryer works now súper and my towels dry fast. We had the usual signs that service was needed. Dryer seemed like it wasn't heating up, taking forever to dry, clothing always damp. Figured we had a vent clog as our dryer was not working efficiently. First let me say the appointment was easy to schedule, they offered weekend appointment and even on NYE day. The technician Jamie arrived on time . He was very knowledgeable, checked all areas where the vent travels including the laundry area, attic and roof . He cleaned the vent, explained all of his findings and offered easy at home maintenance. I would definitely use this company again

If you want to pay an exorbitant price with no proposal and minimal work done, then call Dryer Vent Wizard of Suffolk County. Why...the technician (?):
- Couldn't find the roof vent (I had to point it out to him)
- Didn't bother to move the dryer to clean the line
- Didn't bother to perform any of the items on their check list
- Charged three (3) times what reputable companies charge for better work
