Extremely unsatisfied with their service. Whenever we call them to fix AC in our office, they just come and reset the HVAC which is in ceiling instead of finding a proper solution and throw us with huge cost which according to them they fixed it. After couple of weeks same issue occurs again and again. And everytime they just come in and reset the HVAC for around $500 to $800 a visit. Although, resetting can be done by anyone as well. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone unless you want repeated service calls and no fixes. Just a waste of time and money.

Over billed us on multiple visits. We let go of the first incident but the second prompted us to reach out to them.
Quoted a price for a part on-site and then billed us at 3 times the quote. When we told them what had been quoted, he just reduced the price to what were told, "if [we're] okay with paying this price" as if he can just make up whatever number he wanted.
When asking why the labour rate was so high despite them being there for only a quarter of the claimed time (for both instances), they explained that they bill for travel time (even though they already charge a "truck fee"). I pointed
