Cheerful staff, clear communications and explanations, no pain and a movie while you are being worked on. Highly recommended, best dentist anywhere in the area (and I'm coming from Hull QC). Had an old crown (previous dentist) put back in after it fell out and my new crown (lost a filling at the start of COVID lock downs) fits perfectly with a no pain procedure.

As always, I enjoyed my visit to Dentisterie @Casselman. Sam and Dr. Taraf are always professional but feel like family. It was great to reconnect with them again. Strange to say but it felt like coming home. :)
The dental care was exceptional with a warm welcome from the receptionist and attention to detail right up until my departure.

Had a great experience! The dentist and staff were welcoming and helpful. Got my appointment in a timely manner. Best of all they were honest and helped me plan for my treatment acording to my budget. Gave me good advice. Would definitely recommend! I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time because nothing was bothering me and I assumed everything was fine. The negative stigma surrounding going to the dentist also contributed to me not wanting to go. After running out of reasons to not atleast make an appointment and make sure that everything was alright I finally committed to going. I had to see the dentist on Wed as an emergency patient. I had not been to the dentist in many years because of previous BAD experiences. i was terrified!!! I explained this when I called and when I arrived for my appointment, Dr. Taraf was there to meet me. She is VERY kind and completely understood my fear. She immediately made me feel at… ease. She explained everything that would happen that day and told me they would go at my pace. She discovered that I would need a root canal and Dr. Taraf knew i was fearful. Again she and Cassidy explained what would happen, on friday, Dr. Taraf called

I'm a new patient and went to a couple of different dentists in the past. I'm one of the weird person who actually likes going to the dentist. With Covid, they put everything in place so there's no contamination. I felt safe and kind of forgot Covid was even here. They make sure you are comfortable at all time.
